We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know info@khaistudio.com and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We will deliver your order in 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

We currently only ship to Estonia. Our shipping partners are DPD (2.75€), SmartPosti (2.95€) & Omniva (2.95€). We deliver all packages via parcel machines.
